The Department of Home Affairs has lost a legal battle over asylum permits for 22 Afghan nationalsThe department said it would abide by the court's decision, but that"this should not be seen as openThe Gauteng High Court in Pretoria has nullified a Department of Home Affairs decision to refuse to grant asylum permits to 22 Afghan nationals.
