Two Republican lawmakers in Idaho have introduced proposed legislation that aims to criminalize administering mRNA-based vaccines, including for COVID-19

.

The bill's language, introduced by the state's Sen. Tammy Nichols and Rep. Judy Boyle, states that"a person may not provide or administer a vaccine developed using messenger ribonucleic acid [mRNA] technology for use in an individual or any other mammal in this state." With a lack of details in the proposed legislation, it has left some wondering if future debate on the bill would clarify if administering mRNA-based vaccines to"any other mammal in the state" includes animals.Nichols has reportedly emphasized concern with vaccines from Pfizer and Moderna in a presentation.

If passed in its current form, HB 154 would take effect in the state on July 1, 2023, according to the proposal.

This must be their Bible.

These folks are as useless as Indiana Senators proposing a law to fine and lock up teachers and librarians who use books anyone may find objectionable. Is this really the business of government? What's next... morality police?

Hallelujah!!

It seems like Republicans are slowly trying to take choices away, and they talk about freedom.

Are you serious

The party of small government gets involved in personal decisions with your doctor. Can't make this up.

Good.

Should be a felony.

Freedom does not mean you do what the elected politician tells you to do.

I once thought about living in Idaho. So glad we didn’t! Land of Neanderthals just like Douglas county.

Lord- if you don’t want it, don’t get it!

Good. Someone finally should ban poison. But I guess that’s me
