A CNN analysis on Monday emphasized how wealthy and Ivy League graduates on the Supreme Court are going to ultimately decide the fate of student debt relief.

Fox News correspondent David Spunt has the latest on the Supreme Court case dealing with Biden's student debt handout on 'Special Report.'President Biden’s student loan handoutCole's Monday’s analysis came one day before the Supreme Court is expected to hear the oral arguments for Biden v. Nebraska and United States Department of Education v. Brown. These cases will determine whether Biden has the authority to"cancel" $430 billion worth of federal student-loan debt.

"The fate of President Joe Biden’s student loan forgiveness program that would impact scores of borrowers from a wide array of colleges and socioeconomic backgrounds lies in the hands of nine relatively wealthy people who graduated from a short list of elite private schools," Cole wrote.

The analysis also included a similar comment from Mike Pierce, executive director of the Student Borrower Protection Center, which supported Biden’s program in an amicus brief.

Supreme Court decisions should be based on the Constitution not sympathy.

Still better than lying on air about the election

Dementia Joe doesn't have the authority for student dept forgiveness.

No taxpayers don't want to pay other peoples bill, that those people agreed to pay.

Everyone should be against vote buying.

Why aren't you covering the Dominion trial? Sworn statements and emails from your top executives and anchors indisputably show your organization actively and knowingly conspired with GOP / MAGA extremists to defame others, spread partisan misinformation and promote the Big Lie.

Fox “News” knowingly spread lies about the 2020 election.

How a Supreme Court justice's paragraph put the Voting Rights Act in more dangerJustice Neil Gorsuch tacked on a handful of sentences to a 2021 Supreme Court ruling, planting the seeds of a legal fight that could further weaken Voting Rights Act protections for people of color. Yeah, you people are independent 🤣🙄🤮 What are these protections they are being stripped of? Never specific examples… just vague statements of doom and gloom… which is contrary to recent election turnouts. It seems this argument is detached from reality. And why wouldn't he? What possible consequences does he face? Lifetime appointment, almost 100% guarantee you won't be impeached so why wouldn't they become radicalized?
