Enoch Burke arrives late for review of High Court order.

A number of issues in relation to legal costs were due to be mentioned, but Mr Justice Brian O'Moore said he also wanted to know if Mr Burke had been complying with a court order to stay away from Wilson's Hospital School.of €700 on Mr Burke for every day that passes without him purging his contempt.

After allowing a few extra minutes for Mr Burke to get to court, the case then proceeded in his absence with the judge directing the school to provide him with an update on whether he has been compliant. Mr Burke then arrived, at 10.12am, just one minute after the order was made. The judge had already left the courtroom.

He and his sister, Ammi, were filled in by the registrar - who told them he has until the end of the week to reply to the school's update. Main image: Enoch Burke entering the High Court in Dublin on February 16th 2023. Picture by: Sam Boal / RollingNews.ie

You'd think they would know by now how long it takes to get from the Burke Sect compound in Castlebar to the Four Courts in Dublin. They have been down that road a lot. Were people chanting 'Where is Enoch Burke on the day of the hearing' does anyone know?

Any sign of John rogers

Does the judge get paid a full days wage for 12 minutes in court?

It is now getting beyond spoiled child mode.

Expect him to turn up some other time to scream about his case not getting heard.

He must have been outside

His clock was set to 730 AD

School must compile a list of times Enoch Burke was in contempt of court orderThe school at the centre of the Enoch Burke case has been directed by a High Court judge to provide a list of the times the former teacher has been in breach of a court order. It's time for him to either give up forever and sign on dole or move to England to try and get a teaching job as if remains protesting will likely be send back to Mountjoy prison in Dublin Can't they just log into twitter Every time he's there its plastered all over MSM It's probably easier to find out when he hasnt been there Question; are teaching interviews competency based? If they are it may be discrimination not to hire him because of who he is (not that I agree with that in this case)

Enoch Burke must make sworn statement about complying with court orders, judge directsFines imposed on Mr Burke have now reached €23,100 You’d have to be fond of Justice Brian O’ Moore. Enoch being out smarted at every Turn by the Learned Judge. What will Enoch do during School Hols 🤔 apart from save a fortune standing out side an empty school. 🤔 This incredibly annoying religious bigot now owes in fines more than some people earn in a year...in theory, on paper. Yet he continues his fuckery without any real consequences. Shows up late to court where his mammy makes a scene, again no consequences. What's the delay?
