The High Court 3 sitting in Benin-City, Edo State, presided by Justice A.N Erhabor has struck out a suit brought before it by one Kehinde Taiga

In a statement, the Delta State Secretary of the Committee for the Defence of Human Rights, CDHR, Comrade Israel Joe hailed the Court judgement. Joe urged Kehinde Taiga and his cohorts to initiate a peace deal with all stakeholders stressing that the common enemies are the oppressors.
