JOHANNESBURG - Pressure is mounting on former Eskom CEO Andre de Ruyter to reveal more details and give names after a series of explosive allegations over the past week.
In response, ANC national spokesperson Mahlengi Bhengu-Motsiri, said that De Ruyter had a contractual obligation as Eskom CEO to report any illegal activity to law enforcement authorities and he must come forward. There has been much debate and reaction after De Ruyter's interview with eNCA's Annika Larsen, where he made a number of explosive allegations.
ActionSA's head of strategic litigation, Gillian Benson, said that De Ruyter has stated that the ANC received millions through the relationship between its investment arm, Chancellor House and Eskom.
He must not give names ,Pravin must confirm that there's no corruption at eskom and they don't buy a pair of boots for R50k
Imagine Eskom being infiltrated and run by criminal syndicates. How long? Eskom unable to function properly. Now imagine our law enforcement.All our of SA government entities in same position. What has happened? Our whole country not functioning. Cadres? Comrades? Government?

De Ruiter played right into the ANC hands, he gave the ANC a bogeyman, a focal point to point fingers at. The fault of loadshedding is not because of 20 years of ANC ineptitude and corruption it’s because of a white guy who got the job 2 years ago and couldn’t fix Eskom.
He opened the can so he must deal with it
Name + shame! Just make sure airtight evidence, nowhere fir them to hide! Evil people!
