The judge wrote: “More people have died from the Covid-19 vaccine than mass shootings in California.” I didn't vote for the governor but a reporter who can't see the difference between Trump's paranoid and racist remarks and Newsom's critique of Benitez should lose his notebook.

Newsom is publicly crying because a fair and honest judge thinks his disarmament agenda is unconstitutional based on our founding text in light of history and tradition . He should definitely be called out for blatantly disparaging Judge Benitez for trying cases by the book.
