Ontario\u0027s top court has ended Crown efforts to overturn the not\u002Dguilty verdict in the case against Mohamed Mohamed and Nedeljko Borozan.

The Crown alleged Najdi was taken forcibly at gunpoint from his vehicle, but managed to briefly escape before he was fatally shot. After the Crown’s appeal was rejected, Greenspon wrote: “It is rare for an outright acquittal on first-degree murder.
