These are not 'defective plates', but rather they're manufactured following an extremely poor design created by someone who never drove at night in their life.

So they know people are using them to break the laws and they know they are hard to see for police, yet they still scrapped the plan to rectify the problem, have we reached the point where the MTO could be labeled as complicit in the problem?
