Surveillance footage from inside the store released by Dallas police shows officers Thomas Hoffman, Noah Hemm and Michael Piering grabbing Dail by the soft drink dispenser.An officer can be heard saying "Gun!" on the surveillance and body camera footage.The lawsuit claims the officers used excessive and illegal use of force and violated Dail's individual rights under the Fourteenth Amendment.
Thank God the Officers made it home safely after doing their job protecting us from this violent felon.
The guy got what was consequences to his actions. Family is looking for a paycheck and I hope they don’t get it.

This is not newsworthy! These folks are just looking for some money! If that man had just complied, his tail would still be here today! That family knows that , but I guess their trap money has run out.🙄🙄
What do you expect the officers to do, come on!!! This guy is fighting with two officers and pulls out a gun..are the officers supposed to ask “ pretty please” ….it’s tragic yes someone died, but at some point those who resist have to be held responsible for their actions….
with all the camera footage this doesn't have a chance.
Pretty easy to avoid getting shot by police no matter what color your skin is. Don't sell drugs. Don't carry an illegal gun. Don't fight with law enforcement. Don't pull a gun on police officers. DON'T BREAK THE LAW.
