Acting Judge Nompumelelo Gusha has been a restrained presence in the R24.9 million Nulane fraud and money laundering case, but she twice intervened as the lead investigator, Colonel Mandla Mtolo, seemingly struggled to explain the circumstances under which Free State agriculture department official Shadrack Cezula had been offered so-called Section 204 immunity.

As far as the state capture case goes, it comes as no surprise that the Nulane case may collapse. It's obviously all pre - planned.
