Well, because he is such a pedant and liberal and hates TRUMP, he deserves to be punished. Maybe the victim's family will sue him for everything he's got.
The shooting, as tragic as it is for all concerned, was an accidental death. Even the charge of involuntary manslaughter is absolutely out of line.
No jury would convict him. Waste of time and money.
If this was Tyrone Baldwin the police would have already shot him dead.
This is why the Second Amendment should be abolished.
This whole thing just doesn’t seem right. Not sure how this charge on Baldwin sticks. Glad it’s reduced, but still!! As terrible as it was it wasn’t his fault.
