Montgomery County police have identified a 19-year-old Silver Spring man as the victim shot and killed Friday night aboard a Metro bus near White Oak shopping mall.
Justice T’Ziyan Elliott was seated in the back of a Z6 bus at about 7:40 p.m. Friday when a man boarded the bus and confronted Elliott, police said. After they exchanged words, he was shot, and his attacker ran from the bus, police said. Police described the suspect as thin, 5-feet 10-inches tall and wearing all black clothing and a black face mask.
