If this is the “conclusion” of that report, then it is a report that disregards facts and reality. They “freedom convoy” used covid-19 mandate as an excuse to attack JT and the Liberal Government, and their only objective was to have JT quit and demand new elections

It did nothing of the sort. The trucker convoy was the result of the latest organizing by a woman who instigated many anti-government protests before: Tamara Lich. She pre-dates the Ottawa siege with lots of hateful rhetoric and similar followers.
