- Duane Glen Smith was sentenced to a two year conditional sentence order and two years probation, prohibited from driving for five years, ordered to provide a DNA sample and assessed a $200 victim surcharge for dangerous driving causing death.
- Shantelle Lucy Leblanc was sentenced to 18 months probation and issued a five-year firearms prohibition for two counts each of assault and breaching a release order and for one count of possessing a weapon for a dangerous purpose, all committed in Mackenzie. Leblanc variously spent a total of 29 days in custody on the counts prior to sentencing.
- Zackary William Edward Isaac was sentenced to 111 days in jail for possession for the purpose of trafficking. Isaac was in custody for six days prior to sentencing.
