All 13 premiers of every province and territory recently wrote to Trudeau asking for changes to the bail system that see violent re-offenders back out on the street. brianlilley I was threatened twice to be shot by the same “nice young gentleman that never did nothing wrong”, and he was released within 10 minutes of being arrested. And sent right back to live with his mom in my building. Only restriction was not to talk to me. Our system is broken.

brianlilley Bail is for the innocent and should work towards giving people the benefit of the doubt and getting them out of jail. What we need is stiffer sentencing and parole...they are for the guilty. Why do people focus on bail instead of making parole harder to get?
