Question: what enforceable authority do tribal chiefs have over industries or mines in their areas? Can they summon them to their offices and if those are not complied with, then what? Take them to Court?

We no longer live in the Stone Age. It's the 21 century. Why should anyone donate part of their earnings to keep these people in fancy clothes, BMW's and bodyguards. Vote the ANC out so we can end these practises from the days of the savage.
