The suit claims the law bans hundreds of models of rifles, "including all the most popular models in circulation." The suit seeks a declaratory judgment deeming the law to be unconstitutional. It also seeks an order that would stop enforcement of the law against the plaintiffs and their members.

Law will be overturned eventually.

The number one cause of deaths for children is guns.

Please don't ban these guns. Instead allow these guns to continue to fall in the hands of criminals. With the increase on mass shootings eventually the criminals are going to catch a few of these gun supporters family members(odds). Ain't no fun when the rabbit has the gun.

Hey libs.. A gang banger ban would be far more effective.

💯💯💯

Nobody filed lawsuits in Cook County to challenge the ban

God bless and all my hope is there because we can't be republican(satanic) about everything like them.
