Judges must now decide whether the court is allowed to pronounce on the internal policies of a political party — if those policies have significant real-world implications. If these so called internal policies ( rewarding loyal members) have a direct effect on service delivery to the people it should be challenged if found to be defective. Of course they can pronounce on the internal workings of a GOVERNING party if it is against the Constitution of the country being so governed! What a pathetically distinction trying to be made here!
