Edelingh later accuses Mahlangu of being"a dog on a leash" - prompting an immediate objection from Serunye.Mahlangu confirms that he did not not contact Worlds Window - the company whose letter was used by the department to motivate for the Nulane deviation.
He also admits that he did not include a second version of the contract concluded between the department and Nulane but resists Edelingh's suggestion that he was trying to tailor his evidence by not including it. He says this second version was not relevant to his testimony.
