Does negative eugenics belong to the state or to the federal government? This will be an interesting ruling.

Um...there are severely deformed babies who WILL NOT live outside the womb for more than an hour after birth. Why make the woman go through a pregnancy, labor, and funeral? Republicans have no mercy.

Supreme Court blocks Louisiana abortion law, 1st major ruling on abortion with Kavanaugh on courtThe ruling blocks Louisiana from enforcing a law that women's groups said would leave only a single doctor legally allowed to perform abortions in the state. Chief Justice Roberts joined the court’s 4 liberals in putting a hold on the law, pending a full review of the case. The 4 other conservative justices would have allowed it to take effect. Kavanaugh wrote a dissent explaining his vote. It’s amazing how these pro lifers have a higher pay grade then Jesus. Maybe they should look at the sin their lives. In the Bible a sin is a sin whether you murder, have affair, lie, don’t pay your taxes, sexual harassment and no one is protesting against your sins.

Trump Judge's anti-abortion ruling boomerangs on GOP Sen. CollinsIn a special report, MSNBC Chief Legal Correspondent, Ari Melber, examines President Trump’s impact on the courts and how Republican Senator Susan Collins has been a key ally for Trump’s Supreme Court picks. Melber breaks down how Senator Collins claims to be a “pro-choice moderate” who supports Roe vs. Wade, but has helped ensure Trump was able to put Brett Kavanaugh, a Justice who was widely expected to be a vote against abortion and abortion access, on the Supreme Court. In a recent Supreme Court ruling, Kavanaugh was one of four Justices who voted to limit a key abortion protection. Melber notes that despite her pro-choice public position, Senator Collins has voted to confirm three of these Justices for the Supreme Court. Can't trust anyone in the GOP. Susan Collins is a fraud. She's on her way out.

Kavanaugh Delivers First Supreme Court Opinion as Ginsburg Is AbsentShades of the past and future permeated Supreme Court proceedings on Tuesday, as Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s chair remained vacant while she recuperates from cancer, and new Justice Brett Kavanaugh delivered his first opinion. Just fling me into the sun pls As expected, Kavanaugh is a centrist, applying the law as written. Trump has replaced Scalia and Kennedy with two Kennedy protégés — the Democrats should be ecstatic. Ginsberg is not absent, she is pumping iron!
