Please try againSurrey RCMP say Jaden Kahnapace-Newton was released on Sept. 28 on strict conditions, which included wearing an electronic monitoring device. The warrant was issued Dec. 1 when police say he removed it and fled.RCMP say Kahnapace-Newton “appears to be an Indigenous man in his early 20s.” He is just over six-foot-one, 243 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He is known to frequent the Lower Mainland and Calgary.
