After critics called Texas prison food 'pig slop,' the state plans to get rid of the worst meals

I don't understand how they get away with feeding people rotting food. The whole jail/prison system in Texas is rotten.

Meanwhile homeless veterans go hungry. Most priorities are reversed: Criminals above citizens. Foreigners above taxpayers. Prisoners above veterans. Illegals above everyone else. Prove me wrong...
