Apple CEO Tim Cook rips into Qualcomm, leaves little chance of a settlement in patent disputeQualcomm and CEO Steve Mollenkopf have repeatedly said the company expects to settle the dispute with Apple outside of court. Qualcomm assumes they can force Apple to settle with them by hoping they can get every country to ban certain iPhones.
