Our government is basically a computer. It is designed to take inputs from the voter. Over time the internal hardware of the computer has developed its own artificial intelligence and has commandeered all functions of the computer. It now protects itself from the voter.
Don't worry, if there's any 'intelligence' in AI it will immediately see us as a threat and shut us down. It'll turn off our utilities and watch us starve from the cameras of our 'smart' phones and tvs.
