Probably win against the people, money and dodging the questions.

It will be a futile exercise. Get a solution of your own but do not share with Eskom.

Why NERSA and not public enterprise?

Us people on the ground needs to march against Eskom.

Good! About time

Power to the People. End the ANC. Time for Stage 8 of ANC-shedding.

VoetsekANC

Destroy them

Yes

It could have been done long time ago but I agree sijwayelwa kabi 🚮🚮🚮

'they have no choice' they tried to talk to him nicely cos he's their only hope 😭

Its about time

and then Eskom gets a fine...and who pays? and where will the magic electricity come from now that all are marching? instead of fixing we are just breaking it more.

Not sure why this has taken so long.

Eskom is structurally broken. No amount of court can remedy that.

StueyMax Good we tired of the collateral damage part we as citizens must pay /play in this p!ssing contest of lining pockets of cadres

How will this help though?

That’s a step in the right direction! But can we find a way to cancel all Eskom_SA contracts and re advertise!

It’s about time they are taken to court

What bout the tarrifs?

Top lawyers? Dali is probably involved 😑😑😑😑

This should have happened a long time ago.

There is no option. MYANC are not committing a crime against humanity and are in breach of ConCourtSA

Yes, go for it. We had enough of this loadshedding 👎. We are only able to work 4 hrs a day. What about the people who gets paid hourly? 🤔

We are being held at ramsom by Eskom and Nersa we are forced to pay for the services that we aren't even accessing it on full-time basis every hour is being cutted off and return back again after 2-4 hours sometimes it doesn't even return till the following day or the whole week

Not a moment too soon

Agreed! We have no options if SA is to survive.

About time.

Mass action is required!!!

Yes! Take them to court, sue CyrilRamaphosa , he needs to lose R billions for getting rich at expense of citizens. GwedeMantashe1 too!

Took you 15 years

Vote out people who dont look after The People

DO IT !!!!!

I support the move for accountability. Day after day 12 hours without power us too much. Peoplee can't work or attend to even basic needs in their households.

It’s about time!

At last🙏

The decision to hire De Ruyter must be revisited. The wrecking ball should never have been anywhere near Eskom

ANC should be charged with crimes against humanity starting with the President.

Time for that massive word that don't exist inside of the ANC-accountability.

Thank you. We need all the help we can get from as many quarters as their is.

Way overdue! Someone needs to account

People need to be held accountable in their personal capacity... Individuals are becoming rich in their personal capacity by breaking down critical infrastructure. Deal with them personally. The president. Ministers. DGs. Counsellors. Service providers etc.

That will be better bfor we take down that Luthuli house and burn it.

Take them to court. That's the way to bring change.

Oh please, the ANC gives zero f's about the courts or any societal pressure. That movement exists only to enrich its own members The only 2 things that impact them: loss of votes and loss of tax revenue

how is that going to help by taking eskom to court where else 60% of house hold has illegal electricity connections in SA. where does eskom get that free delivery services. the country is draining itself out n rush to point fingers to eskom. sort out your illegal connections

It’s about time we tired of this nonsense

It's about f**king time!

That is the last resort.

This should have been done long ago why dont citizens come together and take this government to court for lost of jobs incomes death suffering but no black people dont standup against a governments that r run by blacks even if they suffer they support cause its black

We just want electricity. The rest we don’t care

Only now?
