I assume it is aboriginals that are doing the death threats to the 15yo ice-cream workers? Where is the aboriginal's voice? And shouldn't their voice override any of your laws?

NT needs to beef up it's police force and start enforcing curfews. Drastic measures are required to bring back law and order.
The question is, is there any consequence strong and harsh enough to improve the situation. I don’t believe there is.
These retailers just need to start respecting First Nations people
Are they coming in from their traditional lands ? Then remove them back there and let them fuckup their own community .Extreme measures are needed or these communities with violence, drunkenness ,youth crime etc outa control will economically collapse
Raise the minimum age of criminal responsibility! We don't want little criminals going to jail now do we? They need a pat on the head, a congratulations and sent on their way to the next act of vandalism, car-jacking or home invasion.

White workers in NT are racist for reporting that Aborigines threaten and spit on them. We need to ignore these assaults and give the First Nations people a voice to Parliament.
You can pass whatever laws you like, but when Police take forever to turn up and the offender can just merely walk off, what's the point? Spitting on someone is *already* a crime, but hey, how many times have Police actually charged anyone for it now?
