Since the U.S. Supreme Court overturned a New York law limiting the concealed carry of handguns in public areas, there has been an increasing lack of clarity on gun restrictions, experts told ABC News.

"The [New York State Rifle

Siegel said the Bruen decision created a new system for how the constitutionality of firearm laws are to be judged where "nothing is really clear" and it is a trial and error situation. "We've knocked out some laws in California, we've got restraining orders against some of the ones in New York, we just got the temporary restraining order against the one in New Jersey," Gottlieb said.

Gottlieb criticized lawmakers for passing what he said are more restrictive laws that are not drawn narrowly enough, despite the Bruen decision.

There is only those that want gun control making the false premise there is confusion. It is very clear, read the 2A then the Bruen decision. 'The right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed'. No confusion at all!

There should be no gun restrictions. That’s the point of that Supreme Court decision

only people who are confused are the gun grabbers who are being told 'no' 'A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.'

That's because we had a shift in the judiciary that's going to end up expanding carry rights (for blue states).

No surprise that an overly religious conservative SCOTUS would end up creating ambiguity in perception and law. The most anti-science, anti-humanist Supreme Court we've had since Dred Scott.

at some point theyre going to have to accept their gun laws do the exact opposite of what they expect them to do

SCOTUS has been terrible lately. No wonder why their poll numbers are in the toilet
