Unconstitutional. Only the feds have the right to change civil rights, states do not have that power.

I see two (at least) issues. 1. A mob (majority vote) should never supersede an individuals right. 2. The 'government' should never be allowed to delay an individuals right by procedural tactics.

This thread will surely be informative...

No we're not giving up guns of any kind especially since DC is building own private military against the people. Shotguns, AK47, 1,000s of handguns, millions of rounds of hollow-point bullets in Smithsonian, IRS, NSA, HHS. Yellen stop recruiting at college campuses for IRS Agents

I believe there were bear arms infringed upon and this really old document said that that wasnt very cool at any point. Ever.

How about no!

Shall not be infringed

Asking the Supreme Court to step in a violate an Amendment to the Constitution is wrong in itself. But then again, it is Oregon, land of Libs.

Which way will the leftist OR state supreme court swing?

There should be a law in place to fire and remove any sitting governor if any law they try to pass should be found unconstitutional.

The constitution is precedent.

'Please let me infringe mommy, I really wanna.' -Oregon Volksgemeinschaft

The Oregon-burg laws of 2022

This argument is devoid of facts in place it's disinformation. For example, 'law enforcement was overwhelmed.' Fact: The AG had to admit to the court that there was no system in place yet and that no permits could be issued. Which would mean sales could be done at all, to anyone.

It’s unconstitutional! Doesn’t matter what the State wants, it shouldn’t be allowed to go into effect until it’s heard by the SCOTUS! Make unconstitutional laws, get your shit knocked in the dirt!

Criminals will follow all gun laws…😵‍💫🙄

Now they can finely get rid of the lie they have been telling... they are coming for our guns and have been. They dont care about the constitution or your personal wellbeing, only control. ... brought to you by people living behind walls guarded by guns

Shall not be infringed
