Austin Mangan with an address in Dublin 9 was brought before a special sitting of Dublin District Court tonight.

Gda Mark Kelly from Cabra Garda Station told the court that after Mr Mangan was charged and cautioned at Finglas Garda Station tonight, he made no reply.Judge Dermot Simms granted the application and he remanded the accused in custody to Cloverhill Prison, to appear in court again next Friday 20 January.
