The Department of Homeland Security has announced a process by which migrant workers who witness or are victims of workplace labor violations can apply for protection from deportation.

The new process allows migrant workers to apply for “deferred action,” meaning protection from deportation if they’re taking part in an investigation of workplace labor violations.

If approved, migrant workers cooperating with a labor investigation can stay in the country for two years. They can also apply for authorization to work legally in the country during that time.

ABOUT FREAKING TIME

This should go well considering we are “required to believe ALL” claimed victim

What could possibly go wrong?

I’m sure there’s going to be a massive surge in reported “labor violations” with free Green Cards for all!!!!!!

Do they also receive a Democrat voter registration card.

Watch out Walmart!

Impeachmayorkas

😆🥴

'I witnessed a workplace labor violation' 'What?' 'I was allowed to work in this workplace.' 'Thank you. You are now an American citizen.' Interesting approach, but they did it!

Fantastic.

The back door

The illegals with want restitution for the pat years as well. It will never end. They are illegal maybe they need to go back to their country.

Someone is determined to destroy this country

How about we focus on helping out US citizens EVER !! Legal immigrants & natural born citizens, should have some priorities to where their tax dollars are spent how about some movement on pur behalf before we do yet another thing to help non citizens of our country

In other words, illegals can stay if a U.S. employer conducts illegal labor practices such as hiring illegals. Got it.

Good

I just don’t see how this is a good thing. It is incentivizing at a level high enough to induce fraud. I hope this doesn’t backfire, but I fear hard working business owners will suffer. How about fix the system so they are here legally.

Oh! That's a great improvement. Though they'll need to ensure that with their family as well.

Makes sense to me
