Fox News contributor Andy McCarthy argues the Biden administration's efforts against former President Trump forced the Justice Department's response to Biden's document drama.

ANDY MCCARTHY:

I think the first one was really a political decision by Merrick Garland. And as Chairman Coleman just said, it kind of forced his hand on the second one, which is what happens when you play politics. There's really no good reason for theto have a special counsel to investigate former President Trump. The conflict of interest that's inherent in the special counsel's situation is when the Justice Department has to investigate its own administration and in particular its own president.

California Department of Justice suing pharmaceutical companies over high insulin costsCalifornia Atty. Gen. Rob Bonta said that Eli Lilly, Sanofi and Novo Nordisk are finding ways to “aggressively hike” the price of insulin at the expense of many patients. Good! It is ridiculous that insulin costs are exorbitant in only the USA. Pure corporate greed. Why not sue them over Covid vaccine injuries? I thought this was fixed by Trump, then broken by Biden then kind of fixed by Biden...
