The Justice League actor avoids a three-month jail sentence after pleading guilty to a charge relating to a break-in and theft of alcohol at a neighbour's home.

Justice League actor Ezra Miller has pleaded guilty to a charge stemming from a break-in and theft of alcohol at a neighbour's home in the US state of Vermont.They are required to abide by a number of conditions including continued mental health treatment

Miller, who stars in the upcoming film The Flash, agreed that by entering the plea, they would avoid a three-month jail sentence for a charge of unlawful trespass, but pay a $US500 fine and get a year of probation.Two other charges were dropped, including a felony burglary count that could have carried a sentence of 25 years in prison.

Vermont Superior Court Judge Kerry Ann McDonald-Cady told Miller the felony charge could be refiled if they failed to abide by the details of probation..
