New trial dates have been set to deal with Leo Crockwell’s latest run-in with the RCMP.
Crockwell is best known for famously giving the Mounties the slip during an eight-day standoff in Bay Bulls in 2010.Now, Crockwell is facing a single charge of assault with a weapon in connection with an incident in Witless Bay last July.Three days have been set aside for the trial, from April 12 to April 14.
He’s still cracked and crooked after all these years.
