JOHANNESBURG - Lawyers for President Cyril Ramaphosa have argued that if his bid for an urgent interdict fails, he will be subjected to the African National Congress 's step-aside rule.
Ramaphosa disputed the lawfulness of Zuma's private prosecution as an alleged accessory after the fact for failing to act against State prosecutor, Billy Downer, and journalist, Karyn Maughan.
I think he knows the outcome already...
I hope this isn't too a PR exisce again
😹😹😹He knows he won’t loose
He knows it won't fail,
He knows the outcomes already
Yes he must step aside. Why want to take shortcuts Mr President You should have resigned when you had a chance before the conference!
He knows it won't fail,we are not stupid
The entire government needs to step aside
That's the most frivolous argument ever.
