A U.S. district court judge has ruled St Joseph Medical Center's refusal to perform a hysterectomy for the purposes of a gender transition was 'discriminatory.'

Ambulances outside University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Center in Towson, Maryland, on Jan. 7, 2022.ruled on Jan. 6 that the hospital's refusal to remove a healthy organ for the purposes of gender transitioning was"discriminatory."

The hospital's parent network offered to move the procedure to a different facility without Catholic ethical considerations, but Hammons declined. Ambulances outside University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Center in Towson, Maryland, on Jan. 7, 2022.

What ever happened to the right to refuse service?

THAT doctor new damn well that hospital would not allow that procedure , why did he recommend it to be done there ? WHy cant ABORTION CLINICS perform that procedure there QUALIFIED,
