On Wednesday, two witnesses testified about Arnold’s cellphone records. They revealed that a signal from his cellphone was picked up by a Verizon tower three miles from the couple’s home at 10:39 p.m. on Sept. 27, 2020.Article content The map revealed that, of those phones, the one allegedly used by Arnold was the only one registered in New York State.
The prosecutor said Arnold, who is not a U.S. citizen, was supposed to bring the couple back to New York after Taylor Lawrence Martin, 38, was arrested in Akwasasne on Sept. 29, 2020.
