'Ramaphosa will suffer harm if he appears in Zuma's private prosecution case,' says his lawyer

President Cyril Ramaphosa will suffer irreparable harm if he were to appear in court for allegedly being an accessory in the case by his predecessor, Jacob Zuma, in which he complains about the leaking of his medical records by State prosecutor Billy Downer and News24 journalist Karyn Maughan.

The showdown stems from accusations Zuma levelled against Downer and Maughan that they breached the NPA Act by leaking his confidential medical records in the arms deal case. Mpofu added that the court should not grant Ramaphosa the relief he was seeking because the ANC’s step-aside rule still applied because he was charged.

Step down and go sort this out with your ANC cronies Mr President. Your personal woes are of no concern to us. We have bigger things to worry about like the country falling apart. Take the whole ANC with you and lets have elections early! ANCbrokeRSA

Voetsek Ramaphosa!

Mnxnm!

worst president ever- and too scared to face questions.

Lol. CR unfortunately buckles and tends to implicate himself when questioned. He struggled to deal with and dispose of a simple question from Mmusi for example. I can understand why he does not like having to answer questions but I'm not saying it's right.

Good let him suffer harm. He deserves it

We don't care, we want electricity

BS!

What harm?

He will never appear in that bitter madala things

Why must we suffer alone. Let him suffer..

Nonsense

He must suffer... Why must we be the only ones suffering

But he must obey the law 😂

Let him appear before SA court of which all supposed to be equal before it. No one must be allowed to be bigger than SA Law.

Then no one should be prosecuted everyone suffers harm... criminals must be equal infront of the law

Davos

He must taste his own medicine, he's not above the law.

something that we haven't had time to look at & understand is apparent in this case, not to discount waste of time when we should be discussing pressing national challenges but what is 'personal harm' with court appearance on a case that we're told is open and shut? The_Njoko

We've suffered enough under his watch. It's pay back time.

Hebanna👀...What a lame excuse...😡...South Africa is suffering Harm EVERYDAY with HIM being ITS PRESIDENT everyone is aware now how He BUYS his PRESIDENCY his own party attested to that and yet the NATION is quiet including you publication for hire media...🤷

Good

Maybe it is time that Ramaphosa does suffer harm...

He will be in and out of court like Zuma🤞🤞

Ziyakhala nge loudspeaker

Then who should suffer harm?

Bullshit

BS plus HOT AIR= …

He will not be the first nor the last to suffer, marikana victims suffered more than he will suffer.

Whst does this say about the state security? He doesn't trust them. Hey lomuntu 😂😂

🤣🤣 An ANC resolution harm? How does the court gets involved on political party resolutions? Well they can ammend their resolution to say 'Only national prosecution counts'. 🤣🤣

If found guilty by Section 89 Panel

Really

Kanti what his hiding umr transparency? Because this is the a right time to show his transparency. Why his dancing in the wind if his proclaiming himself as trustworthy guy uMr Renewal, Mr Ramnkol?

Ramaphosa must step aside the country needs water electricity housing jobs we need full control of our borders and illegal immigration prevention as soon as he is done with his cases he can go back to work this man has done nothing since he was president

We live in hope…

Suffer you say?!

PhalaPhalaFarmGateCriminal

And loadshedding won’t make him suffer any harm? Strange

What harm fix the power first before anything else

Nonsense, he was busy suspending people without thinking about harm. He is always protected by the media and white minority together with clever blacks

'suffer harm' seriously? 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

What kind of harm?

Let this movie play on,we are watching as the country.

What harm? 🤣🤣🤣

His handlers will suffer the harm because he has not finishe doing what he was bribed for.

What rubbish is this?

Good news at last

He's not above the Law....

Who cares, a certain judge somewhere in this country today, sentencea father, husband, grandfather, uncle, brother and a son to a lengthy jail sentence. They normally say don't worry about your kids and family they will be well taken care of. What's so special about CR17PhalaPhla

Step aside

Zumba himself doesn't wanna be prosecuted, then why does he wanna prosecute Ramasofa?

Let him suffer

Is it about harm/ constitutionality/validity?
