After being forced to suspend services, Intercape to resume in Eastern Cape - The high court dismissed Fikile Mbalula’s leave to appeal against a court order forcing him to draw up a plan ensuring the safety of drivers and passengers

In response to ainquiry, Intercape said as far as it was aware, the joint action plan had already commenced.

Last year, Judge John Smith ordered Mbalula and Nqatha to coordinate with the South African Police Service a workable action plan to stop violent attacks on long-distance coaches. Intercape said it would follow “the same legal approach” with Police Minister Bheke Cele as that taken against Mbalula because “both have failed in their constitutional obligations and we are turning to the courts to force them to act”.that they would face “the might of the law” should they continue with illegal roadblocks that threaten long-distance drivers.

Someone is paid to stop them from operating...

The government that doesn't want to govern.

Why a private company must force gov for its protection, isn't the duty of state to protect us all?🫢

Goed bravo 👏🏿

I.e. publicity seeking cadre ordered by court to do his actual job that we taxpayers pay millions for him to do

MYANC and MbalulaFikile hate law abiding South Africans. He'd rather side with the taxi mafia and criminal gangs. It's why they need to be chased out of town. Rolling mass action......2024..put the trash out.
