Well, happily it appears that the convoy reunion will take place in Winnipeg. This will anger the feds, along with provincial and local governments, as well as much of the mainstream media. However, the plain folks spoke loud and clear last year about their opposition to draconian mandates and lockdowns, and they just want to carry it over for second year running.
There is so much unwarranted contempt for these people, yet so many are rightfully despondent, perhaps enough so to work very hard in cashless exchange for basic food and shelter. Migrant labourers should be treated humanely, including timely access to proper work-related bodily protections, but too often are not.
