Nurses/Doctors are at risk in their work. Not just assaults, but error, misjudgement, adapting to an unsafe environment and practices, leading to patient injury and death, resulting in legal cases and possible loss of licence. Stop tolerating it! Why should you accept this risk?

It's the very least they deserve, nobody should be expected to do the work of 3 people because wards are left understaffed. Its dangerous and leaves patients and staff very vulnerable and at risk of things going wrong
