Even as it is the law is a rhetoric of rules with reference at precedents..so many disparity in judgement concerning same kind of incudents...at times the penalties do not reflect the graveness of the incident...it mean that the law is not Justice.

Poor defendants get overworked and undermatched lawyers. It is an inequity that breeds injustice. It needs to be addressed. But this solution of more automation further separates us from the legal system in important ways, and hurts the economy. Dangerous precedent IMO.
