Peterson has been ordered to undergo training on how he should conduct himself on social media after a series of complaints were made unrelated to his work as a psychologist. Peterson has made much of the material against him available and is trying to push back against what he considers overreach by the College. Under Ontario law, the College was established to set standards for practice and issue licences but Peterson believes they have ventured into policing speech unrelated to the practice of psychology.
The main crux of the argument, laid out in full below, is that the decision and many of the policies and bylaws of the College are infringements of the Section 2 rights guaranteed in the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Section 2 states that everyone has, “freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression, including freedom of the press and other media of communication.”

The College of Psychologists are a professional governing body. Jordan Peterson has not lived up to those standards. His hate speech and fear mongering is harmful to women, trans people and others. Pierre Poilievre and he claim it is political...it is not.
Let me clarify that some professions are guided by a professional code of conduct. Dr's, teachers, psychologists, even reporters. It applies equally to right, left, non political. It has nothing to do with politics. Maybe Jordan should read there social media policies.
Peterson is a disturbed Man, he needs help.

I think the Psychologists in Ontario who told Jordan Peterson he must rewrite exams or lose his license should all be forced to see a Psychiatrist as they have mega problems that can’t be ignored.

Some complaints are based on professional ethics & behaviour, unrelated to politics. They are on record and remain separate and distinct. Peterson has advanced political commentary and freedom of 'speech' (Am.) as distraction shrapnel. Freedom of expression and all that.....
The proceedings against jordanbpeterson are entirely appropriate... for a dictatorship.
Sounds more like “The College of Liberal Activists”. They have given away any and all credibility.
In the interests of fair journalism, must post the College's statement of defense when it's filed.
