A review of phone records showed Kohberger's phone left his home at approximately 9 a.m. and traveled to Moscow, the affidavit said, and that the same phone traveled "back to the area of the Kohberger Residence ... arriving to the area at approximately 9:32 a.m."Prominent Philadelphia defense attorney Fortunato Perri and retired FBI agent Laura Zartman are not involved in the case but both reviewed the newly unsealed affidavit.

There are plenty of unanswered questions that I'm sure the defense attorneys are going to use as part of their defense. Obviously the state does not have all their I's dotted and their T's crossed. This guy may have been friends with one of the victims that how the DNA got there.
