The document also said police have linked Kohberger to the Nov. 13 murders using DNA, cell phone data and video footage. Kohberger, who has been working towards a criminal justice PhD degree at Washington State University, about 10 miles from the University of Idaho campus in Moscow, faces four counts of first-degree murder and burglary.

Video footage captured a white Elantra, similar to a car registered to Kohberger, passing the house three times on the night of the murders before the driver attempted to park, Payne wrote. About 15 minutes later, the car was seen leaving at a "high rate of speed."

Hope the families get justice and the world is free from BK. A great college town can hopefully be at peace now

Wore a orange jump suit? Wow great journalist

“…one of the second-floor victims had passed out and was not waking up.” - Four were stabbed to death and yet there was no mention of the roommates seeing blood?

Bring back guillotines.

Was he expected to wear a tuxedo and top hat?
