Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson to release memoir about 'demands of a high-profile career'

Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson is working on a memoir about reconciling the"demands of a high-profile career" and a"transparent" account about rising up in the legal profession.

"But the path was paved by courageous women and men in whose footsteps I placed my own, road warriors like my own parents, and also luminaries in the law, whose brilliance and fortitude lit my way," the justice added. “My hope is that the fullness of my journey as a daughter, sister, wife, mother, litigator, and a friend will stand as a testament for young women, people of color, and dreamers everywhere,” Jackson added, “especially those who nourish outsized ambitions and believe in the possibility of achieving them.”

"It will be a transparent accounting of what it takes to rise through the ranks of the legal profession, especially as a woman of color with an unusual name and as a mother and a wife striving to reconcile the demands of a high-profile career with the private needs of my loved ones," she added.

I wonder who the ghost writter is?

I don't know but I still can see an Adam's apple.

Who? Never heard of her

....trying to re-write her awful history......

Didn't take her long to rake in some dough.

🤔

Who cares? Will she define a woman in it?

Is she writing this as a woman? If so, why? How would she know?

She JUST got there

She just got there? Why

Will it be called 'Ain't I A Woman'?

How is she releasing memoirs after a half- semester as a Supreme Court Justice? Can she drop a few landmark decisions maybe? Hell, a landmark dissenting opinion even.

OH REALLY. SO HARD SHE DOESN'T EVEN KNOW WHAT A WOMAN IS. WHAT A JOKE

Big Deal !

Does it include the demand that she NEED to be a biologist in order to define what a woman is?

So basically she is not qualified for the job It’s almost like she was picked just for her gender and skin color 🤷‍♂️

That will be a page-turner

Already? Nobel peace prize next week

Will she define 'career'?

Gorsuch dissent on Title 42: Supreme Court not ‘policymakers of last resort’In a recent case before the Supreme Court, several Republican states argued in Arizona v. Mayorkas that the Title 42 orders — which essentially allow the federal government to prevent certain people from coming into the country during a public health emergency because of the fear of communicable disease (in this case, COVID-19) — must remain in place.

Will the Supreme Court let lower courts kill charter schools?Academic researchers have been focusing recently on students’ pandemic-induced “learning losses.” But the bigger story, largely being ignored, is the fact that there often wasn’t much “learning” to lose. The supreme court better step in and stop this crap, our kids are receiving a shitty education with the schools now and vouchers are desperately needed
