Houston-area woman was held captive and tortured for 5 days by a man she met on Bumble, court docs show

A 21-year-old man is accused of holding a woman who met him on a dating app captive and torturing her for five days in Spring, court documents show.

After matching on Bumble, the woman agreed to go to Mills' apartment, court documents show. Mills picked her up from her residence on Dec. 24 and drove her back to his apartment in the 8000 block of Augusta Pines in Spring, court documents state. The woman told authorities that as soon as they got to his apartment he attempted to initiate sex. When she rejected his advances, he began to assault her and would not let her leave, according to court documents.
