Another example that Australia has a legal system & not a justice system. Whoever can pay the most for barristers & court fees wins. Anyone seeking justice without a bottomless pocket gets crushed. Even if Burragubba has no case, this is disproportionate.
This is why those with money get to do whatever they want. The average person is destroyed by even the attempt at holding those with power to account. It is financial thuggery.
Whilst I am opposed to Adani the court has ruled that this gentleman has to pay costs. Adani has every right to seek to have a court ruling upheld
