Mamuda further said the command also secured conviction of 119 drug offenders and have 115 pending cases at the Federal High court in Port Harcourt.
“The convicts are serving various jail terms at the correctional service centre, Port Harcourt,” the State NDLEA Commander stated “Also, the command successfully rehabilitated 40 drug dependent persons in her makeshift rehabilitation centre, and conducted anti-drug abuse campaign to various schools, communities, NGO’s, religious groups, traditional kingdoms and corporate organisations in Rivers State,” he added.
