He was also charged with failing to stop at the scene of a road traffic collision at Dunkereen, Innishannon, Co Cork for a reasonable period of time after the occurrence of the collision.

Look at UNECE stats on road accidents and fatalities in Ukraine per 100k. Many factors why Ukrainian drivers are 10x plus times more dangerous than Irish or Western European drivers. The list: poor roads, drink driving culture, poor car safety (eq. NCT), police corruption etc
